Start before departure

  1. Open Flight Calm and tap Breathe for a gentle pace.
  2. Tap Listen for the five recorded voice sessions. Right Here has no breathing cues.
  3. Open Your photos and save the pictures you want available offline. Download iCloud pictures while you still have a connection.
  4. If you want a schedule, add or import your flight, review the details, and confirm the scheduled departure and arrival times.

If you have no signal

Breathing, bundled recordings, scenes, sounds, and photos already saved on this iPhone work offline. Weather, traffic, web searches, and sending messages need a connection. If weather is unavailable, choose the option to skip it and start breathing.

If breathing feels uncomfortable

Stop and breathe normally. Feeling queasy offers a screen break and the Right Here recording. If you feel unwell, tell a companion or the crew.

If you have no Apple Watch

The main tools work on your iPhone alone. You can leave optional body readings off or choose Continue on phone only in the sensor session. No Watch setup is required to breathe, listen, or view photos.

If your schedule differs from the airline

Flight Calm displays the scheduled times you confirmed. It has no live airline status, delay notifications, or gate updates. Check the airline, then update your saved flight details if needed.

If audio stops when the phone locks

Paced breathing and guided voice pause when the app is inactive; return to Flight Calm and resume. Nature sounds can continue while the phone is locked.

Feedback in TestFlight

TestFlight test builds have Send feedback in All Flight Tools and a voice recorder. You can review an optional screenshot before sending. Offline submissions wait on the phone and retry online. These features are disabled in App Store builds; use the email address above for App Store support.

Privacy and deletion requests

Read the Flight Calm privacy policy for local data, online services, and test feedback. Delete the app to remove its local data. Email us to request deletion of TestFlight feedback held by Zencora, with the approximate date and a short phrase from your note.
